YourChoice is Bermuda’s first verified review platform where people can share honest feedback about their experiences with providers. From lawyers and doctors to caregivers, educators, and tradespeople, every review helps raise professional standards and build a culture of accountability and care.
Users can search for providers by name or category to read verified reviews, and share their own experiences. All reviews go through a moderation process before being published to ensure fairness, accuracy, and compliance with our community guidelines
Yes. YourChoice is currently designed for Bermuda to support transparency, trust, and accountability within our local community.
YourChoice is starting with providers that shape people’s health, rights, safety, and quality of life. When you’re looking for a doctor, lawyer, teacher, caregiver, or trades professional, something important is already on the line. Your health, your rights, your family, your home. In those moments, time matters and the quality of help matters even more. These five categories have the greatest human impact yet the fewest credible feedback channels. By focusing on them first, YourChoice gives the community a trusted voice and encourages providers to improve through transparency.
Anyone who has received a service from a provider listed on YourChoice can share their experience.
Yes. You can choose to post using your real name or remain anonymous with a display name. Reviews are verified by YourChoice to confirm authenticity, but personal information is never displayed publicly. Your privacy and right to remain confidential are always respected.
Yes, depending on its status.
If your review has not yet been published, you can edit or delete it directly from your account.
Once a review has been published, any requests to edit or remove it must be submitted through our Contact form so we can review it fairly and consistently.
Your review is reviewed by our team to ensure it meets our standards for fairness, respect, and accuracy. If it complies with our guidelines, it remains published on the provider’s profile.
All reviews are screened for authenticity and reviewed for patterns of abuse. We take verification seriously. Each review must meet our standards for honesty, relevance, and respect.
An honest review is based on your first-hand experience that shares what actually happened when you used the provider’s service. It should focus on facts, actions, and outcomes rather than assumptions or personal opinions about character.
A respectful review uses professional, fair language, even when describing a negative experience. It should highlight what worked well, what could improve, and how the provider responded without insults, personal details, or confidential information.
Example:
🧡 Respectful: “The doctor was thorough and explained my options clearly, but I waited over 45 minutes past my appointment time. Better communication about delays would help.”
🚫 Not respectful: “The doctor doesn’t care about patients and wasted my time.”
Hearts symbolize appreciation, care, and value, not just satisfaction. Our goal is to humanize feedback and accountability, not reduce it to ratings.
Each review rates providers on:
• Overall Experience
• Professionalism & Communication
• Quality of Service
• Respect for Time & Money
• Fairness & Transparency
• Timeliness & Reliability
• Listening & Appreciation
Many providers are already listed through public directories. You can fill out our “Suggest a Provider” form to get listed on our platform.
Yes. Verified providers can respond to reviews publicly, helping clarify misunderstandings and show professionalism.
We cross-reference official directories and professional registries and verify details directly with providers when required.
Providers can flag a review for re-evaluation by our moderation team. If a review violates our guidelines or factual evidence disproves it, we may remove or give users the opportunity to revise their review.
YourChoice complies fully with Bermuda’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). Reviews never display personal contact details or private data without consent. Reviewers may mention the name of a public-facing professional (e.g., a registered doctor, lawyer, or teacher) when relevant to their service experience. However, names of non-public staff (like assistants or administrators) and private client or medical details should not be included
Only publicly listed business contact details (not private ones) can appear on profiles, and only after verification.
We balance free expression with fairness. Reviews that contain personal attacks, offensive language, or confidential information will not be published.
No. Anyone can browse and search. An account is required only if you want to write or edit reviews.
Use the “Suggest a Provider” or the “Contact Us” form. We’ll verify and add legitimate new providers and respond accordingly.
YourChoice focuses on accountability, authenticity, and care. We believe feedback should inspire improvement, not marginalize it, and that every voice helps raise the bar for Bermuda’s service culture.
By collecting transparent feedback, we encourage providers to listen, improve, and deliver the quality and respect clients deserve.
To protect fairness, empower truth, and ensure that every person, whether provider or client, feels valued and heard.
YourChoice exists to ensure no voice is marginalized and no experience is dismissed. Every story shared, whether praise, concern, or suggestion has the power to create change. YourChoice turns personal experiences into collective progress by helping people make informed decisions and ensuring that care, service, and professionalism are delivered with respect and dignity.
